Dr. Martinez and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! I haven't been to the dentist in years, and when I decided to finally get over my fears and go, I found out my previous dentist had retired. I did some research and decided to try Dr. Martinez. He and his team are very professional and so kind. I had to have a deep cleaning, and it went extremely well. My teeth look new. :). Later that evening, Dr. Martinez called to check on me. It was such a kind gesture, and I really appreciated his level of care. I highly recommend Smiles of Midtown. The are the best!!!

I am so happy I found Smiles of Midtown! All of the staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I left an email to schedule my first appointment and they got back to me the next business day and I was scheduled to come in the following business day. Cynthia did an excellent with my cleaning and was very helpful with giving me tips. Dr. Martinez is super friendly and I loved hearing his story and how long he's been in Midtown! Having lived in Midtown for 16 years I wish I ended my relationship with my previous dentist (far from Midtown) sooner lol. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to upsell anything to me (this has been my past experience visiting other offices). Looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks and future visits!

Terrific first experience back in July and again today. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Also, very convenient location, just minutes away from downtown and med center. Has parking as well. They also have early morning appointments on Thursdays in case you need to get it done before work like me. Looking forward to having them as my dentist going forward! To avoid confusion: the signage says ‘Brian G. Martinez, D.D.S.’ on a blue sign on the corner and not Smiles of Midtown, so you’re in the right place when you see that sign.

Prepare to be spoiled. Dr. Martínez and his staff are caring and welcoming. I am so happy I found them! They take time to educate and answer questions on what they are proposing to do or doing to your teeth. They pay attention to you and make you feel at home. They remember the conversations you’ve had and keep up with you - I like that. Dr. Martínez called me himself after a procedure to check on me -that I loved! The office is always clean and organized. Plus all the plants and flowers just make it so pleasant, can’t help but feel relaxed. I was greeted by Marisol, Daisy, and Monica as soon as I walked in. Marisol helped check my insurance and my coverage while Daisy helped me get all my paperwork filled out. Esmerelda was the hygienist and I loveeeed her! She was so helpful and answered all my questions about my xrays. Dr. Martinez was genuine and really made me feel comfortable. I love Smiles of Midtown and have recommended them frequently. They have assisted my family with all sorts of things, from teeth straightening using Invisalign, assistance for my wife's TMJ (and ultimately a great outside referral to a specialist), when my son fell off his scooter and chipped a tooth, and I could go on. Dr. Martinez and his staff have always been there for us. They always offer us the choice of getting X-rays, fluoride, etc., never pushy about any of that. Also, I have to say, they are like the 'kid whisperers'... I can't believe how cooperative my kids are with them while they're in that dentist chair, it's amazing.

After going to the same dentist my entire life, I was nervous about trying to find someone new in Houston. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my first visit and cleaning. They did a great job explaining why they do various things such as measuring my gum lines, and showing me how I was doing overall. Additionally I tried the whitening and got great results. My husband and I have been going to Smiles of Midtown for 15 + years, have had zero issues and would never consider going elsewhere. Both Dr Martinez, and wife Pam, are warm and welcoming. The office is filled with personal touches and the waiting room is comfortable and bright (although I've never had to wait past my appointed time.)
