Brian G. Martinez, D.D.S.

Dr. Martinez graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch and began his dental practice in 1984. He first received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at the University of Texas. He is a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Martinez enjoys running along the bayou, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his family and Brody.

Lihui "Ceci" Sun

With over two decades of international dental experience, Ceci brings an exceptional level of expertise to our hygiene team. After practicing as a dentist in China for 18 years, she moved to the U.S. in 2014 and earned her Dental Hygiene bachelor's degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2021. Ceci joined our team with a passion for both patient comfort and clinical excellence. She loves staying on the "cutting edge" of dentistry, constantly leaning into new technologies and updated techniques to make every visit more efficient and comfortable. Outside the clinic, she is a passionate cook, a world traveler, and an animal lover who treasures time with her family.

Angelica Alvarez, RDA, Front Desk Admin

Angie is an all-around rockstar in our office and has been in the dental field for twenty years now. She has lots of experience in the front and back office so we are very grateful to have her on the team. She is extremely sweet and genuine and has a way of putting patients at ease. You're guaranteed to leave the office with a smile on your face after you've been in Angie's care. Together, Angie and her husband share three beautiful children. She is an avid sports fanatic and roots for all of the Houston teams, especially the Astros.

Randi, Office Manager

Randi is the office manager at Smiles of Midtown. She has been in the dental field for a decade now and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Kevin. Randi has a passion for music and traveling, as well as a knack for crafting with her Cricut. She has a Bichon named Bear and the friendliest cat named Lennie. Randi is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an alumna of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.

Brodie

Brodie has been a security officer of Smiles of Midtown for over 10 years now. He loves the mailman, chasing squirrels, and meeting new patients.
